Services Description

Envios Direct provides cross-border logistics services including but not limited to:

  • International shipping from Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil
  • FDA Prior Notice filing for food exports to the United States
  • Customs clearance and documentation
  • Warehousing and fulfillment services
  • Shipment tracking and analytics
  • Last-mile delivery coordination

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not ship prohibited or restricted items
  • Pay all fees associated with your shipments
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of our services. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees.

Limitation of Liability

Envios Direct's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay all outstanding fees and we will complete any shipments already in transit.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
